Who you're buying from

Hat Dog is a small handmade business run by Polina in London, UK. Contact: email p.stafienko@gmail.com.

Your order

• Prices are in pounds sterling. The total you see at checkout, including delivery, is what you pay.
• Your order is accepted, and our contract begins, when your payment goes through and you see the order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.
• We sell to customers with a UK delivery address.

Handmade and custom items

• Everything is made by hand, so colours, stitching and pattern placement vary a little from the photos and from piece to piece.
• For custom embroidery, describe what you'd like when you order. We'll get in touch if anything is unclear before we start. We may decline a design that is offensive or uses someone else's trademark or artwork, and refund you if so.
• Made-to-order times are estimates; we'll let you know if something is running late.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
